1. Overview
At BCATT, we aim to provide a reliable and high-quality digital product catalog platform. We understand that there may be situations where a refund is appropriate. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be considered and processed.
2. Refund Eligibility – 3-Day Window
Refund requests will be considered only within 3 (three) calendar days from the date your subscription is activated and your account is created. To be eligible for a refund within this window, you must:
- Submit a refund request within 3 days of account activation
- Provide your registered email address and reason for the refund request
- Send your request to info@bcatt.com with the subject line "Refund Request – [Your Email]"
Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3. No Refund After 3 Days of Service Use
After 3 days of subscription activation, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to:
- Change of mind after the 3-day window
- Failure to use the platform or add products to your catalog
- Switching to a competitor's service
- Voluntary account closure or cancellation after 3 days
- Partial use of the subscription period
We encourage all users to explore the platform and evaluate its suitability within the 3-day window before the refund period expires.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases, regardless of the 3-day window:
- Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
- Accounts used to publish illegal, prohibited, or inappropriate content
- Fraudulent payment disputes or chargeback requests without prior contact with us
- Subscription renewals — it is your responsibility to cancel auto-renewal before the renewal date
5. Plan Upgrades and Downgrades
If you upgrade your plan, the difference in price will be charged for the remaining days of your subscription period. Downgrading a plan does not entitle you to a partial refund for the difference in plan cost.

- Include: Your full name, registered email, subscription plan, date of purchase, and reason for the refund
We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day and process eligible refunds within 7–10 business days.
7. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
In the event of any dispute arising from a refund request or related to this Refund Policy, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication. If a resolution cannot be reached informally, all disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. By using BCATT services and making a payment, you agree to this jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes.
8. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any matters not explicitly covered here shall be subject to our Terms of Service and applicable Indian law.
